Bitlancer’s Shopify integration (ShopSync) connects your Mariana Tek account with your Shopify store, allowing for seamless syncing of customer data and inventory across systems. It helps:

This integration requires your store to be on Shopify Grow or higher. Shopify Basic does not allow third-party syncing.
Main features
Customer Data Sync: A nightly sync automatically uploads all contacts from Mariana Tek into Shopify, tagging each one based on their membership status or any custom tags you define during onboarding. This ensures customer data stays up to date and enables seamless personalized experiences in your store
Inventory management: Get a unified, birds-eye view of your inventory across both Mariana Tek and Shopify. Admins can make real-time updates to stock levels without switching between systems. The dashboard includes color-coded indicators to show stock levels, sync status, and any discrepancies between platforms.
Location-based filtering: Easily filter both customer and inventory data by location, making it simple to manage multi-studio setups or region-specific stock and contact list
Getting Started
Visit Bitlancer and click Sign up.
Install the app through your Shopify admin interface.
Authorize access so Bitlancer can sync data between your Shopify store and Mariana Tek.
Complete setup by configuring what content to sync—products, classes, or memberships.
