The "Membership Recurring Fees Forecast - Details" lists each membership renewal payment that the system will attempt to process today and onward. This report also shows the date of any memberships that have a pending start date.

For this report, you can only set the date range to:

You won't be able to run this report to generate a list of membership renewal payments that the system should have attempted in the past. You are only able to run this report to generate a list of future, pending membership renewal payments.

Additionally, the report does not forecast potential discounts applied to the renewal fees.

Each row of this report represents a membership renewal payment scheduled for each membership contract that a customer has on their account and within the date range selected.

Memberships with these statuses will not appear in the report:

For this example, Feb 21 and Feb 22 are future dates.

Let's say I have 2 active memberships on my account and both are set to renew on Feb 22. I set the date range for the report to Feb 21 through Feb 22. A row in the report will list my first membership and a second row in the report will list my second membership.

If I set the date range for the report to Feb 21 through Feb 21, my pending membership renewal payments will not be listed because they are scheduled to run outside the date range selected.

If a membership is active and has an expiration date, future and pending membership renewal payments will be listed in this report up until the membership's expiration date.

For this example, Feb 22, March 22, and April 22 are future dates.

Let's say I have a membership scheduled to renew on Feb 22 and March 22, and it is set to expire on April 21. My future renewals on Feb 22 and March 22 will appear in the report. My membership will no longer appear in the report after March 22 because my payment on March 22 is my last membership renewal payment.

Frozen memberships will surface in this report with the renewal date calculated from when the membership reactivates.

For this example, Feb 22 and Feb 28 are future dates.

Let's say I have a frozen membership scheduled to reactivate on Feb 22 and the new calculated renewal date is Feb 28. If I were to run the report today with a date range including Feb 28, my frozen membership will be listed.

The system will list future and pending membership renewal payments regardless of the membership's current frozen status.

If a membership in ding/payment failure status has future membership renewal payments that have yet to be attempted for the first time by the system, the membership will appear in the report.

For this example, Feb 22 and March 22 are future dates.

Let's say I have a membership in ding failure and my membership renewal payments are processed on the 22nd of each month. Even though my membership is currently in ding failure, I'll still see my membership listed when I run the report for Feb 22 and March 22 since the system will process a membership renewal payment on those future dates as regularly scheduled.

The system will list future and pending membership renewal payments regardless of the membership's current ding/payment failure status.

This report will not surface any scheduled membership renewal payment that failed.
