How do customers check themself into class utilizing the Express App?

If your studio is utilizing the Express App to help speed up the check-in process, customers will simply tap the search field and then enter their email address.

Next customers can tap “Check In” on the reservation to check in to class.

  • Only reservations at this location that are upcoming for that day will be listed.

  • Only the reservations within the designated check-in window will have the button enabled to check-in.

  • Users can also only check-in themselves, they cannot check in their guests.

  • First-time users or customers on the waitlist or standby will have to see a staff member to be added to the class.

The customer is now checked into class.

  • If there is a classroom map, the user can tap to view the class map.

  • If the user has add-ons, it will show in the confirmation modal.
