There is no maximum number of images that can be added to the rotation of in-app ads in the iOS and Android apps.

Note: Your ad server has to return the response of your ad in under 1 second. If your ad server doesn't return the response of your ad in that time frame, the iOS and Android apps will not show the banner ads. If you have 100 images in rotation in the in-app ads, the ads may not show.
