Planning your schedule can be time-consuming, often leaving your team overwhelmed with administrative tasks instead of focusing on client engagement and enhancing the studio experience. To streamline the scheduling process, you can easily duplicate classes.
To duplicate a class, open the class roster > click the three-dot icon > Duplicate Class.
The duplicated class will retain all the original class details, with two exceptions:
The date will default to today’s date.
If the class has a custom name, it will appear as "Custom Class Name - Copy."
In the class creation screen, make any necessary edits and click Create Class.
Clicking Duplicate Class does not add it to your schedule. You must save the new class to finalize its addition.
