Customer credit cards can be managed on their account by opening their profile > Payment Methods > Credit Cards on File.

There is no limit on how many credit cards a customer can have saved on their account. If there are multiple credit cards, the most recently added or updated credit card with no errors will be used for fees and recurring charges.

Credit cards are required for customers with active memberships, credit packages with penalty fees, and when purchasing add-ons.

It cannot be required for all customers.

Add New Card

To add a saved credit card to a customer's account, click Add New Card.

Once you hit "Next," enter the credit card number, expiration date, CVC code, name on the card, and zip/postal code. After those details are entered correctly, you can then save the credit card to the customer account.

Expired Cards

At times a credit card will be declined due to the credit card being expired. To determine if the credit card is expired, find the credit card with the “Credit Card Issue” tag.

Below the header, you’ll find the expiration date, billing zip/postal code, and usage location for the credit card.
