To add a profile picture to an employee's account, click on your Employees tab and click on the Instructor whose account you are adding a photo.
There are two spots for an image. The first is Profile Photo. This is an internal image used on their customer account.
The one labeled Profile Images below the Instructor Role controls the image on the consumer app and schedule
Scroll down to Profile Images and click "Upload Image" to upload your image. The image size should be 300x300 for the thumbnail image. Once added, the image cannot be removed but only replaced with a new image.
The Large Image will be displayed on the instructor profile within the consumer app.
