The Potential Duplicate Accounts report surfaces all customer accounts with a potential duplicate account.
A variety of criteria are used to determine if an account may be a duplicate:
Same name (first and last) + same phone number
Same name (first and last) + same address
Same name (first and last) + same zip/postal code
This report is useful for:
Identifying customers' multiple accounts and merging duplicate accounts.
Identifying customers who've created multiple accounts to take advantage of special offers limited to a finite number of purchases by looking at the "Promos Used" column.
The report shows all accounts at your business, even if the employee doesn’t have access to certain studios. This ensures potential duplicates aren’t hidden by studio filters.
