The Customer Birthdays report surfaces customer birthdays for the selected month.
This report is useful for:
Viewing upcoming and past customer birthdays.
Viewing the join date of customers whose birthdays fall within the selected month.
Pulling up the Report
Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Marketing > Customer Birthdays >View.
Specify the month of birthdays you'd like to see.
Apply any additional filters.
Understanding the Report
The Customer Birthdays report includes 10 data fields:
Full Name: Customer's name.
Email: Customer's email.
Birth Date: Customer's birth date.
Join Date: Date when the customer joined the studio.
Phone Number: Customer's phone number.
Home Location: The home studio selected in the customer's account.
All Locations: Location(s) where the customer has a transaction history (reservation or purchase).
Total Check-Ins - All Time: Total check-ins across all locations.
Customer ID: Customer's unique ID generated by the system.
