Kiosk Mode on the Biz App allows the studio customers to check themselves into class. Kiosk Mode was intended to be used on an iPad since this will be a customer-facing feature, a larger interface is preferred.

Accessing Kiosk Mode

When viewing your daily schedule on the Biz App, click the Kiosk Mode icon at the top right of the page. Once you enter Kiosk Mode, you will select the appropriate Region and Location for your studio.

Customer Check In

For customers to check themselves in on Kiosk Mode, they will first click on the class that they are attending:

They will find their name on the roster and click Check In. A modal will pop up notifying them that they're checked in. They will also see any add-ons they've purchased, as well as their spot number if it is a Pick-A-Spot class

Finally, once they click Done, they will see their name on the roster with the green checkmark icon denoting their Checked-In status.

Customers cannot remove their Checked In status from Kiosk Mode.

Customers Who Cannot Use Kiosk Mode

Some customers cannot use Kiosk Mode to check themselves in. Those customers will see a message below their name on the roster advising them to visit the Front Desk to complete their Check-In. This includes

  • Customers who have not signed the studio's waiver

  • First Timers

  • Customers who made the reservation through a third party, such as ClassPass

    • Once the customer is converted, they can use Kiosk Mode.

  • Customers on Standby

Purchase Agreements

Customers can sign pending purchase agreements within Kiosk Mode. Click the ellipsis in the top right corner > Sign Agreements.

Click Review and Sign next to the customer's name. The customer can review the purchase agreement and sign.
