When in the studio and selling a credit package or membership contract that requires a purchase agreement, you’ll be prompted to have the customer sign before completing the purchase.
Click Sign Agreements from the customer's cart.
Next, open the Express App and click Sign Agreements > select the customer’s name.
In the visual above, you can see the customer has two agreements to sign:
Next, hand the Express App to the customer for them to review the agreement(s) > Sign & Accept.
Once the customer has signed the agreement, click Check for Signature in the POS. Once the signature has been accepted, click Proceed to Checkout to complete the transaction.
Website or Mobile App
If the customer purchases the agreement via the website or app, they will not have the option to Skip signing.
They will be prompted to sign the agreement(s) before completing their purchase.
View Signed Purchase Agreements
All signed agreements will be listed inside a customer’s account under Profile Information.
