When in the studio and selling a credit package or membership contract that requires a purchase agreement, you’ll be prompted to have the customer sign before completing the purchase.
Click Sign Agreements from the customer's cart.
Next, open Kiosk Mode in the Biz app > ellipsis in the top right corner > Sign Agreements.
Click Review and Sign next to the customer's name. The customer can review the purchase agreement and sign.
Once the customer has signed the agreement, click Check for Signature in the POS. Once the signature has been accepted, click Proceed to Checkout to complete the transaction.
Website or Mobile App
If the customer purchased an item via the website or app, they will be prompted to sign the agreement(s) before completing their purchase.
View Signed Purchase Agreements
All signed agreements will be listed inside a customer’s account under Profile Information.
