To sell a Quick Sale item to a customer using the Biz App, click on the reservation in the class roster > select the Quick Sale item.
To complete a Quick Sale purchase in the Biz App, the customer must have a credit card saved to their profile.
If they don’t, the purchase cannot be completed in the Biz App. You cannot add or update a customer’s credit card in the Biz App.
Any Quick Sale items that qualify for an automatic discount will show the relevant discount when you sell the item to a customer on the Biz App.
Payment Failure
You will receive an error message stating that an error has occurred with the credit card on file if a Quick Sale payment is declined:
