Quick Sale is a list of items available in the ellipsis next to the customer's name in the class roster that can be easily sold without opening the POS.
Configuring Quick Sale Items
Go to Products > Buy Pages > Quick Sale Buy Page. To add an item to Quick Sale, click the ellipsis next to "Quick Sale Products" and click Edit Section. Click Add Product or Promotion to add the items you want to offer. If using multiple variants, each variant must be added individually.
It is recommended that you do not track the inventory of Quick Sale items.
After adding all the products, click Update Section > Update Buy Page.
Memberships and Email Gift Cards can not be added as Quick Sale items.
Selling Quick Sale Items
In the roster, click on the ellipsis menu next to the customer or click the customer name in the map layout. Click on the item.
A pop-up modal will then appear. If the customer has a saved credit card on file, simply click Sell.
Select Go To POS if the customer:
does not have a credit card on file
wishes to pay in cash, account balance, or with a different payment option
wants to purchase more than one product
