Can I manage the Waitlist from the Biz App?

Yes, you can manage the Waitlist from the Biz app. This includes adding customers to the Waitlist, removing them, reordering them, and moving them from the Waitlist to the class roster. All changes made within the Biz app will be reflected in Admin.

You can view the number of customers on the waitlist from the Schedule tab. Any class with customers on the waitlist will display the number below the class information.

You can also click on the Roster to view the number listed next to Waitlist.


Add to Waitlist

When a class has reached full capacity, the Add to Waitlist button will display at the bottom of the class roster. Click the button and search for the customer's name as if you were making a reservation.


Move from the Waitlist to the Class Roster

From the Waitlist tab, swipe right on the customer name and click the plus sign to add them to the class roster.

Next, there will be a confirmation screen. If it is a Pick-a-Spot layout, you will be prompted to select a spot. Click Add to complete the transfer from the Waitlist to the active roster.

If there isn't an available spot on the class roster, you will receive a No Spot Available error.


Remove from Waitlist

If you need to remove a customer from the Waitlist, go to the Waitlist tab > swipe left on the customer name and click the minus sign.


Reorder Waitlist

To change the order of the Waitlist, press and hold on to a customer's name and drag and drop them into the new order.
