If an Intro Offer has been added as a Quick Sale item, the employee cannot override the purchase settings when selling to an ineligible customer. The override option will only appear when selling an Intro Offer through the POS.
The employee will receive one of the following error messages when selling an Intro Offer as a Quick Sale to an ineligible customer.
To sell the Intro Offer, click on the customer's reservation > Go to POS. From the POS, you will be able to override the purchase settings.
