How do I print or email a receipt?

Did a customer lose a receipt? No worries!

Once a sale is completed, click “Print Receipt” on the confirmation screen. This is ideal if the customer requests a physical copy.

  • For customers with accounts, A digital receipt will be automatically emailed to the email address on file.

  • For walk-in customers: If you are using a studio-specific "walk-in" account that is not tied to a personal email, it is recommended to print a receipt for them, as they will not receive one via email. Keep in mind, receipts for non-account transactions cannot be retrieved directly, requiring additional steps like support requests for assistance.


Viewing and Printing Past Receipts

To view or print a past receipt, open the customer's profile and go to Purchases > click the ellipsis (...) by the purchase transaction > View Receipt.

You will then have the option to print the receipt and/or to email the receipt to the customer’s email on file.

Receipts are automatically sent to the email provided at checkout. If the receipt isn’t found, advise customers to check their spam folder or contact support for a resend.
