Once a sale is completed, click “Print Receipt” on the confirmation screen. This is ideal if the customer requests a physical copy.
For customers with accounts, A digital receipt will be automatically emailed to the email address on file.
For walk-in customers: If you are using a studio-specific "walk-in" account that is not tied to a personal email, it is recommended to print a receipt for them, as they will not receive one via email.
Viewing and Printing Past Receipts
To view or print a past receipt, open the customer's profile and go to Purchases > click the ellipsis (...) by the purchase transaction > View Receipt.
You will then have the option to print the receipt and/or to email the receipt to the customer’s email on file.
