From the Customer Profile, you can view the entire customer's purchase history. This will include all transactions from the Point of Sale, website/app, and penalty fees. This is helpful if you need to see when and who performed the transaction.
Open up the customer profile by using the Find Customer button or directly from a class roster. On the customer’s profile page select, Purchases. The Purchases section has the customer's complete purchase history.
Click the ellipsis (...) > View order.
The View Order screen will display when the transaction occurred, all items purchased, the payment method, and the Order History. You can print the order, issue a refund, and view the receipt as well.
