Notes can be added to a customer account to track important information, including injury status, preferences, or ongoing concerns. Notes are only visible to your studio employees and can be added from:

  • Admin

  • Biz app

Admin

Add a Note

To add a note to a customer's profile, select Find Customer > search for the customer > Notes > Add Note, enter the note in the pop-up window, and click Save Note.

If adding an injury note, add the injury tag to their account.

To delete a note, click the ellipses (...) in your note > select Delete. You can only edit and delete notes you've written, regardless of your role and permissions.

Adding Note

Notes can be added to a customer profile from the Biz App by going to Search > searching for the customer's name > Notes.

From the Notes tab, click Add Note and type the needed information. Click Done on the keyboard to save your Note.

Pinning a Note

Pinning a Note will place the note at the top of the notes section. Multiple notes can be pinned. Additionally, the pinned note will appear on their class reservation details.

To pin a note, swipe right and click the pin icon.

Viewing Notes on Customer Reservation

From the Class Schedule on the Biz App, click the class followed by the customer's name. This will pull up the reservation details, and any pinned Notes for that customer will appear. From here, you can create additional Notes or view all Notes, which takes you to the Notes tab on the customer's account.

If the customer has a pinned note on their account, there will be a note indicator on their reservation in the class roster.

Edit and Delete a Note

To edit or delete a Note, swipe left on the Note and click the applicable icon.

When deleting a Note, you will be prompted to confirm the deletion.

Notes can only be edited, deleted, and pinned by the author. If someone besides the author tries, they will receive the following error:
