How do I upload a customer's profile photo?

Instructions on how to upload a customer's profile photo

If you have the appropriate permission, studio employees can upload a customer's profile photo. Studio customers can do this as well through your website or mobile app.


Studio Employee

Open the customer profile using the Find Customer button > Personal Information > Edit Personal Information.

Scroll down to Profile Photo, click Upload Image, and select an image. Photos are limited to 1 MB and we recommend an image size of 300x300. The file types accepted are ICO, GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and SVG.

If there are no issues with the preview, Save your edit(s). Confirm your update(s).

Profile photos can only be replaced and not deleted.


Viewing the Profile Photo

To view customers' profile photos on the roster, navigate to a class:

  • From the List View.

  • From the Map View > click on the customer's spot.


Studio Customer

Website

Customers can log in to their accounts on your studio's Mariana Tek integrated website and drag and drop a profile photo in their Personal Information tab.

Mobile App

Customers can upload their profile pictures through your studio apps by navigating to the account tab > Personal Information. Once there, they can click the picture icon at the top to select, upload, and save their photo.
