Customer accounts can be removed to help clean up long lists of accounts that are no longer used. Accounts can be removed by your studio employee or by the customer in the studio app or website.
Once an account has been removed, this action cannot be undone. The user will no longer be available, and the customer cannot log in with this username and password.
Once an account is removed, all reporting data will remain intact, including the customer's name; however, the customer is no longer searchable in the system.
