How do I add a shift for an employee who forgot to clock in/out?

If an employee completely forgot to clock in and out, you can add a shift to track their time.

Click on "Time Clock" in the left-side navigation menu.

Click the three dots in the top right-hand corner and click "Add Shift."

Search for the employee by location, then select the location the shift took place.

Add a start date and time, and the end time.

Add a note about the shift if needed and then click "Add Shift".

*Note: You can only add shifts for employees for the location in which you have permission.ย
