How do I set up the Express App?

Before you can set up the Express App in your studio, you must ensure that permissions have been set up with the Mariana Tek team.

When setting up the Express App, we recommend that you create a new, dedicated employee account with the Express App role for each studio location. These accounts are the only accounts that should have this role and it's the only role assigned to them. Studios commonly use a fake email address for this account. Studios should not assign the Express App role to any other employee account.

Additionally, the Express App is only available on iPad devices and requires iOS 13.0 or later.

  1. Once permissions are configured, download the Express app (Express by Mariana Tek) onto your iPad > enter your brand name > Continue.

  2. Enter your login credentials > Log In. (*Note: The account must have the studio app role assigned to it but does not need to be a real email.)

  3. Select the studio location that you want to set up the app for.

  4. Once logged in, select the preferred orientation.

Customers can then check themselves into a class or create a new account if they do not have one yet.

If you are locked out of the account, please contact our support team to get a password reset.
