When using Mariana Tek, there are several tools used in adjacent that your studio must manage. While we can provide support and resources, it is the studio's responsibility to keep these accounts active and up to date. This includes:

Your studio’s mobile app runs through your Apple and Google developer accounts. If these accounts aren’t regularly checked and maintained, your app may become outdated, lose features, or even be deactivated.

When you set up your developer accounts, you agree to Apple and Google’s terms.
When those terms are updated, log in and accept the new agreement to keep your app active.

All payment transactions, including POS sales, penalty fees, and recurring memberships, are processed through Stripe. It is your studio’s responsibility to manage your Stripe account, including:

Your studio may use third-party integrations like ClassPass to let customers make reservations.

Mariana Tek support can help with integration questions, but reservations made through third parties must be managed directly by your studio. These bookings are not made in Mariana Tek, and our support team does not have access to reservation details outside of our system.

Do not change the URLs for the Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy pages without notifying Mariana Tek support. Any changes must be updated within Mariana Tek and your Apple and Google developer accounts. Failure to do so can result in your app update being rejected due to an invalid Privacy Policy link.
