If a customer's card has expired or is about to expire, the system does not send out notifications to the studio.
However, the customer will receive an automatic email to update their card on file if a payment fails. A customer with a credit card issue (i.e. declined or expired card) will be flagged with a "Credit Card Issue" tag by their name on the class roster and in their customer profile.
*Note: Customers cannot book classes beyond the pre-set grace period (configured in the membership contract) if the payment is not reconciled.
