Visibility into memberships with credit card issues is critical to your studio. In Insights, the Membership Credit Card Failures report will help you view memberships with credit card failures
Insights does not update in real-time; the data shown is from the close of business the day prior.
Pulling up the Report
Navigate to Reports > Insights > Business Exposure > Membership Credit Card Failure.
The report can be filtered on Date Range, Locations, and Failure Reasons, including Ding and Payment Failure.
Understanding the Report
The Summary at the top will show:
