How do customers sign Purchase Agreements if they were skipped during checkout?

Customers can sign purchase agreements if skipped during the Admin checkout flow. They cannot book a reservation until they sign the agreement.

Customers can sign the purchase agreement:

  • During the reservation flow on your mobile app and website


Reservation Flow

Once a customer reserves a spot with a membership or credit needing a signature, the reservation button will change to reflect that they must sign to proceed.

After the customer signs the agreement, they will be reserved for the class and see a confirmation screen.


Kiosk Mode

Customers can sign pending purchase agreements within Kiosk Mode. Click the ellipsis in the top right corner > Sign Agreements.

Click Review and Sign next to the customer's name. The customer can review the purchase agreement and sign.
