Customers can sign purchase agreements if skipped during the Admin checkout flow. They cannot book a reservation until they sign the agreement.
Customers will be prompted to sign a purchase agreement during the reservation flow on your mobile app and website if:
a membership or credit requires a purchase agreement signature, and it was not signed during the sales flow
AND the membership or credit was purchased after June 29th, 2022
Once a customer reserves a spot with the membership or credit needing a signature, the reservation button will change to reflect that they must sign to proceed.
After the customer signs the agreement, they will be reserved for the class and see a confirmation screen.
The ability to skip the signature is only in the Admin POS flow. When buying a membership or credit package, users will always be required to sign during the purchase flow if the payment option requires a signature.
