During the account creation process
By a studio employee
Logging in after an employee has created the account
Terms & Conditions must be accepted for a customer to make a reservation.
Account Creation
Studio Customer
When a customer creates their account on your app or the website, they can provide consent as part of the form.

Studio Employee
If a customer consents, a studio employee can accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on their behalf. While verbal consent is acceptable, we recommend having the customer sign a physical copy of the Policy.
Once consent has been received, studio employee can find their account > Personal Information > Edit Personal Information.
Find Terms of Service & Waiver under the Waivers section and Privacy Policy under Data Protection & Privacy Policies > click the Pencil Icon.
From here, you can confirm the customer has read the terms and update the status from Outstanding to Accepted.
First Login
Suppose a studio employee creates a customer account without accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on the customer’s behalf. In that case, the customer will be required to review and accept any outstanding legal agreements upon their first login and provide consent to continue using the platform.
