If you’re experiencing issues with your studio’s website, please contact your web developer. While our support team can offer general guidance, your web developer is responsible for managing and maintaining the Mariana Tek integration on your site, including the following pages:

  • Account Page

  • Schedule Page

  • Buy Page

For multi-location studios, you may have a separate page for each location, depending on your web developer's setup.

If you encounter issues, you may need to contact your website provider's support team for assistance. For example, while we integrate with Wix, some technical issues may fall outside our scope of support and will be unable to assist.

Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

Your web developer must ensure that the following pages remain accessible at all times:

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Privacy Policy

Do not change the URLs for the Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy pages without notifying Mariana Tek support. Any changes must be updated within Mariana Tek and your Apple and Google developer accounts. Failure to do so can result in your app update being rejected due to an invalid Privacy Policy link.
