What should I do when our admin leaves and we need to update our account information?

How to ensure smooth account transfer

When an admin leaves your studio, there are a few things you will need to do to help make a smoother transition.

  • Notify Mariana Tek support to update the contact information so important communications can be sent to the right place.

  • Review current studio policies (e.g. late cancel, no show, etc.) in case you'd like to change it.
    ​

  • Review current roles and permissions and request changes if desired.
    ​

  • Update your iOS developer account information with the new contact information through Apple's Developer portal. Those items are:

    • Contact Name

    • Phone Number

    • Email

  • Update your Google Play Store information for your Android app.

    • Contact Name

    • Phone Number

    • Email

  • Update your Stripe account information using the Stripe account link that was provided during the onboarding process. You will be able to update the contact information there.
