During the onboarding process, you will need to set up and configure your Google Play account for the Android app. It is a fairly easy process, but some steps might involve waiting periods, so this process should begin immediately.
Create your account here and enroll as an organization or business. NOTE: The “public developer name” should be your entity name, not an individual’s name. This name does appear on your app listing.
Add mobile@marianatek.com and onboarding@marianatek.com as Admin users by selecting “Users and permissions” > “Invite new users”.
You will need to complete the steps to verify your identity.
Once you’ve created your account, our team will schedule a quick call to walk you through generating and sending us the necessary API key / JSON file.
If you have an Existing App
Do not remove your existing app until your new one is developed and you’ve confirmed it is up and running.
Remove access for old developers, so they are not confused or accidentally make changes within your new app.
Your new app will need to be developed under a different name, but once it is live and the old app is removed, it can be renamed.
Ongoing Account Maintenance
We recommend logging in once a month to review and accept any updated Terms and Conditions. If you have not accepted the latest terms, it will not be possible to release app updates to your customers.
We also recommend setting your membership to Auto-Renew to ensure there is no lapse in your app's availability for your customers.
