In a customer account, go to Credits to view and manage existing credits on their account. This might include viewing Credit usage or seeing which Credits have expired.

Credit Usage
From the Credits > Active, you can view all Credit Packages that have not expired.
Click on the ellipses menu to the right of the credit package you’d like to review and click View Usage History.
This will display how the Credits have been used for this particular package. It will display the class details and the status.
Expired Credits
The Expired tab will show all credits that:
have been used to take classes,
have been lost due to a penalty no-show or late cancellation,
or went unused and surpassed the expiration date.
