How do I use the Credit Usage Details report?

The Credit Usage Details report surfaces realized revenue from credit packages that have been utilized within the selected time frame. All Finance reports are in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).

This report is useful for:

  • Viewing how many credits in a credit package were used.

  • Viewing the credit package expiration date.

  • Viewing the realized revenue from credits within the selected time frame.


Pulling up the Report

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Finance > Credit Usage Details > View.

  2. Specify the time frame from the date picker.

  3. Apply any additional filters.


Understanding the Report

The Credit Usage Details report includes 13 data fields:

Each row is a unique credit package owned by a customer. If a customer has 5 different packages, they will have 5 individual rows for each package.

  1. Credit Package ID: ID generated by the system.

  2. Credit Package: The name of the credit package.

    • This field will be blank if the credit is migrated, given complimentary, or added to the customer's account via a credit package gift card redemption.

  3. Source Type:

    • Purchase: Credit was purchased by the customer.

    • Complimentary: Credit was given complimentary by the studio staff.

    • Migrated: Credit was migrated over.

    • Gift: Credit was redeemed via a credit package gift card.

  4. Customer ID: Customer's unique ID generated by the system.

  5. Customer: Customer's name.

  6. Customer Email: Customer's email.

  7. Purchase Location: Studio location of purchase.

  8. Usage Location: Studio location of usage.

  9. Package Expiration Date

  10. Credits Used

  11. Currency

  12. Realized Revenue: The value of used credits from the credit package due to a class check-in, lost due to a no-show/late-cancel.

    • For example, if a 10-pack of credits was sold for $200 and the customer used 5 credits, the realized revenue is $100.
