The Inventory tab streamlines barcode printing, making it faster and more efficient for your studio. Here's what you can do:

  • Print barcodes for product variants

  • Print barcodes for multiple products

  • Print barcodes for products across multiple locations

To print multiple product barcodes, you must have access to the Inventory tab. If you only have access to the Products tab, you can still print barcodes, but only for individual products.

Printing Multiple Product Barcodes

From Products > Inventory, choose the locations where the products are used. You can select a single location or multiple ones. If multiple locations are selected, barcodes will be printed for each location.

For a video overview of printing multiple barcodes, click here.

In the Print QTY column, enter the number of barcodes needed for each product.

If the product has multiple variants, click the drop-down arrow next to the product name to reveal the options.

When you set a quantity for the parent product, that number of barcodes will automatically be printed for each variant. For example, if you enter "2," two barcodes will be printed for each variant.

If you enter a quantity for a specific variant, it will print that amount and override the quantity set for the parent product. For example, it will print one barcode for "Tie Dye, XXL" and "Tie Dye, L," but two barcodes for "BeMore, XXL" and "Black, SM."

Once you have inserted your locations and QTY, click Print Barcodes.

Printing a Single Product Barcode

If you only need to print barcodes for a single product, select the location and quantity for the product. In the Barcode column, click the printer icon.

Print Format

When printing multiple product barcodes, the top of each page will display the location and product name. If you're printing barcodes for multiple locations, each location will be separated by a page break.

If a product has multiple variants, they will be printed on the same page.

Different products will not be printed on the same page and are separated by a page break.
