To add or adjust inventory, navigate to Products > Inventory.

  • Single location access: Products load automatically when you open the Inventory tab.

  • Multiple location access: Select one or more locations for products to load. You will only see locations you have access to in the dropdown menu.

Please note that if you would like to save your location selection for future use, you can bookmark the page or copy the link after your location selection is complete.

Click a product row to view its variants. Products are listed alphabetically, with pagination at the bottom, and you can use the search bar in the top right to find a specific product.

  • Variants appear only if Track Inventory is enabled.

  • Products with no tracked variants will not appear.

  • When multiple locations are selected, -- indicates inventory is not tracked for that variant at a specific location.

Each variant name is a hyperlink. Select it to navigate to the Product Variant’s configuration page and learn more.

Within a product variant row on the Inventory tab, you can view the variant’s Vendor, SKU, and Barcode. To update these fields, navigate to the Product Variant’s configuration page.

After the Barcode column, an inventory column appears for each selected location, showing the total on-hand inventory for that variant at each location.

Editing / Managing Inventory:

  1. Click on one of the inventory cells to edit the inventory level for a specific Product Variant for a specific location. You can type a number or use the upward or downward arrow to add or deduct inventory.

  2. Navigate to the next cell by clicking on it or using your keyboard arrows.

  3. The number entered should reflect the amount of inventory you want to add or subtract, not the new total inventory quantity.

  4. Example: You have 5 V-neck shirts in inventory now, you want to set your new inventory to 20, the number you should enter is 15.

    1. It’s important to note that you are not able to edit the total inventory level to go below 0.

  5. Once you enter the inventory quantity, you will be prompted to select a reason for the change by expanding the dropdown that appears under the cell.

    1. Positive changes will prompt the following reasons:  Found, Purchase, Transfer, or Shipping Discrepancy

    2. Negative changes will prompt the following reasons: Damaged, Shrink, Internal Use, Transfer, or Shipping Discrepancy

  6. Once you have made all the appropriate changes, click Save Changes.
