How do I use the Product Catalog report?

The Product Catalog report surfaces active and inactive products sold at your studio(s).

This report is useful for:


Pulling Up the Report

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left menu > Operations > Product Catalog > View.

  2. Apply any additional filters.

    • Filter options:

      • Currency

      • Location

        • While credits and memberships are filter options, credits and memberships will not display in the report.

  3. Click Generate Report and, if necessary, Export the report.


Understanding the Report

The Product Catalog report includes 15 data fields:

  1. Product: Name of the product at the time of purchase.

  2. Variant: If applicable, the variant color and size..

  3. Vendor: Brand of product.

  4. Barcode

    • If a product's barcode changes and you generate an updated report, the data will still reflect the barcode of the product at the time of purchase.

  5. SKU

    • This field will update to reflect any SKU changes.

  6. Description: Description of the product.

  7. Date Created: When the product was created/added to your catalog.

  8. Location: The location where the product is sold.

  9. Is Active?

    • Active = Product is active and can be sold through the POS

    • Inactive = Product is inactive and not available through the POS

  10. Is Archived?

    • True = Product has been permanently deleted

    • False = Product has not been deleted

  11. Is Inventoried?

    • True = Product is inventoried

    • False = Product is not inventoried

  12. Quantity In Stock: The number of products available for purchase at the time of the report.

  13. Currency

  14. Price: The amount the product is sold at (customer's price).

  15. Cost: The unit cost (your price).
