If a customer has a missing waiver and tries to check in via Kiosk Mode, the customer will be prompted to see a studio employee and complete the missing waiver.
Studio employees can assist with completing the waiver or override and check them in through Admin.
For multi-location studios, customers will need to complete the waiver at their home location. If the waiver is completed at another location, customers will continue to be prompted to complete the waiver until doing so at the home location.
