Our platform supports real-time fee collection, allowing franchise fees to be transferred immediately at the time of the transaction. You can confirm if a real-time transfer occurred and check its status in two ways:

To verify real-time collection for a billing cycle, go to Payment Activity > Charges.
Filter by Billing Cycle, Location, and Fee. Click Details next to the fee. In the Items table, look at the Real-Time Transfer column.
Status indicators:
β Green Check: Transfer was successful
β Red X: Transfer failed
β Dash: No transfer required (e.g., non-billable item)
π Clock: Funds have been debited b,ut the transfer is still in progress
To view real-time transfer details for a specific order, go to Payment Activity > Orders > Details next to the order.
Find the status in the Real-Time Transfers section.
Real-Time Fee Processing Lifecycle
Real-time transfers move through these statuses:
Preparing β Determining if a fee applies.
Queued β Transaction is ready for processing.
Pending β Preparing the transfer.
Debited β Funds withdrawn from the franchiseeβs Stripe account.
Updating_Processor β Reconciling the transfer.
Completed β Transfer is finished.
Additional Statuses
Superseded β A later action made this transfer obsolete.
Abandoned β The real-time process was skipped due to batch processing.
Too_Small β Amount was too low to process.
Unknown β Unexpected status. Contact Support for help.
