To add an Add-on for a customer, select the ellipsis next to their name in the roster > click Go to POS.

From the Add-On page, where select the product the customer wishes to add to their reservation.

Once you complete the check-out process, the customer will receive the Add-On tag and be listed under the Add-ons tab.  The Add-on will be charged immediately.

The customer must have a saved Credit Card on file for the Add-on to be purchased. Finally, you must utilize the POS from the ellipsis rather than the POS button at the top of the page for the purchase to be included as an Add-On.
