There are three ways to cancel a reservation in Mariana Tek.

Biz App
Customer profile
To cancel from the class roster:
Navigate to the class where you want to cancel a reservation > Click the ellipses next to the customer's name > Cancel Reservation.
If there is a penalty, it will be displayed in this window, and you can choose (if your role allows) to cancel with or without penalty.
If there is no penalty, click Cancel Reservation.
To cancel from the customer's profile
Begin by pulling up the customer's account and selecting Reservations from the left-side menu > Upcoming Reservations.
Click the ellipsis next to the class you wish to cancel > Cancel Reservation.
Click “Cancel Reservation/Mark No Show” to cancel the reservation. If there is a penalty, it will be displayed.
Click “Cancel Reservation” to assess this penalty to the account.
Click “Cancel Without Fee/Mark Without Fee” if you would like to forgive this instance and not assess the penalty.
Biz App
To remove someone from the class, click the Schedule tab and click on the roster. Click the customer's name, then tap Remove. You will be given the option to grace cancel if you have the permission for it based on your role.
No Shows
If a customer is not checked in or canceled within the no-show window your studio has configured (e.g., 6 hours or 24 hours after the class), the system will automatically mark the user as a no-show, and they will incur the pre-set penalty. Additionally, edits to a class, including cancellations, are only allowed within 48 hours after the class ends. After this period, cancellations or deletions are no longer possible if the class has a reservation history.
