Canceling a reservation

There are three ways to cancel a reservation in Mariana Tek.

  • Navigate to the class where the reservation was made and cancel it

  • Look up the user and cancel it from their profile

  • From the roster in the Biz App


To cancel from the class roster:

Navigate to the class where you want to cancel a reservation. Click the ellipses next to the customer's name and then click "Cancel Reservation".

If there is a penalty, it will be displayed in this window and you can choose (if your role allows) to cancel with or without penalty.

If there is no penalty, simply click “Cancel Reservation” to cancel the reservation.

To cancel from the customer's profile

Begin by pulling up the customer's account, and selecting "Reservations" from the left-side menu.

Click the user to open their profile. Select "Reservations" then "Upcoming Reservations". The list of upcoming reservations is sorted by date.

Next, click the ellipsis next to the class you which to cancel them out of and click "Cancel Reservation".

For the reservation you wish to cancel, click If there is no penalty, click “Cancel Reservation/Mark No Show” to cancel the reservation.

If there is a penalty, it will be displayed.

  • Click “Cancel Reservation” to assess this penalty to the account.

  • Click “Cancel Without Fee/Mark Without Fee” if you would like to forgive this instance and not assess the penalty.


No Shows

If a customer is not checked in or canceled within the no-show window your studio has configured (i.e. 6 hours, 24 hours after the class), the system will automatically mark the user as a no-show and they will automatically incur the pre-set penalty.
