Make Reservation
Navigate to the class roster in which you want to make the reservation. Click the Reserve button or click the spot on a Pick-A-Spot layout.
Search for the customer by name or email.
Select the customer you are making a reservation for, which will bring up the class reservation dialog box. Use the drop-down to select from the available payment types. Only payment types that can be used for this class are shown.
Click Reserve to make a reservation in the class for this customer. The customer will now be booked and shown the class roster.
Missing Payment Option
If the customer doesn't have a valid Membership or Credit Package, click Add a New Membership or Credit. This will take you to the Point of Sale to add a payment option. Once the payment is processed, you can complete the reservation.
