Reservation Tags

Reservation tags are those tags applied to customers based on their reservations. 

Customer Tag

Description

Applied to customers when checking in for their first class. They will continue seeing the First Time Reservation until they check in to a class including if they have no-shows or cancellations on their reservation history.

*Note: This will NOT populate if the customer booked using ClassPass/Wellhub for their first reservation until they are converted.

Applied to customers when visiting a location for the first time.

This customer pre-purchased an Add-On item. Hovering over the tag in the roster will expose the items purchased.

This customer has taken 10 classes in the last 60 days.

This tag appears when a customer's credit card on file has been declined and they need to edit or update the card.

This reservation was made with a membership.

This customer is an active employee. This tag can take up to an hour to appear or disappear when adding or removing an employee's access to the system.

This is the customer's first reservation with a new membership. This tag will appear on all reservations with that membership until the customer checks in.

This tag will appear in the roster next to any customer who made their first reservation for the particular Class Category.

This tag will appear in the roster next to any customer whose birthdate in their profile matches the current date.

When the class is booked via ClassPass, this tag will appear in the roster next to the customer's name.

This tag will appear in the roster next to the customer's name when the class is booked via FitReserve.

This tag will appear in the roster next to the customer's name when the class is booked via Wellhub.

This tag will appear in the roster if a customer has a waiver that needs to be signed. Click on the tag to mark whether the waiver is signed or unsigned.

This tag will appear in the roster when the customer is taking a class for the first time with the instructor. Unconverted guests will not be tagged


User Tags

User tags are applied to customers based on their habits or characteristics. They must be manually added to a customer's profile. Instructions on how to do so are here.

These include:

If you are running a special promotional deal to someone with a specified tag on your website's buy page, those without the specified tag will not see the promotional offer.

If a customer attempts to utilize a discount code in their cart and does not possess the appropriate tag, the discount will not be applied to their cart.
