A ClassPass reservation that is canceled through ClassPass will NOT show up on the roster for that class, however, it will still show the cancellation within the Attendance Log. Just like all other types of reservations, if the customer late cancels, or the studio no shows the reservation, the reservation will be removed from the roster, but the attendance log will show these details.
*Note: If a studio has a ClassPass reservation that was canceled through ClassPass but the customer was present for the class, the studio will need to:
Contact ClassPass to be paid for the reservation
Add the customer back into the class by giving them a complimentary credit
This is not something that Mariana Tek can do for the studio as ClassPass is a 3rd party.
