How do I use the Reservations report?

The Reservations report surfaces detailed information on a customer's reservation. All reservations, including migrated, third-party, and reservations booked in Mariana Tek are listed.

This report is useful for:

  • Analyzing which memberships and credit packages are used the most to reserve classes.

  • Analyzing which spots (if using PAS layouts) are the most popular

  • Viewing the total number of waitlist and standby reservations

  • Viewing the number of guests booked over a period

  • Viewing the number of converted and unconverted guests

  • Viewing a list of cancelled classes within a timeframe


Pulling up the Report

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Utilization > Reservations > View.

  2. Specify the date range from the date picker.

  3. Apply any additional filters.

  4. Select Generate Report and, if necessary, export the data.


Understanding the Report

The Reservations report includes:

  1. Reservation ID: Reservation ID generated by the system.

  2. Reservation Type:

    • Standard

    • Waitlist

    • Standby

  3. Status:

    • Pending

    • Check in

    • Standard cancel

    • Penalty cancel

    • Graced cancel

    • Penalty no show

    • Graced no show

    • Removed

    • Class cancelled

    • Penalty removed

  4. Creation Date: Date of reservation.

  5. Cancelled Date: If applicable, date of cancelled reservation.

  6. Unconverted Guest: If applicable, the guest's account was not converted into a Mariana Tek Account.

    • True = Yes

    • False = No

  7. Converted Guest: If applicable, the guest's account was converted into a Mariana Tek Account.

    • True = Yes

    • False = No

  8. Guest: If the customer listed is a guest.

    • True = Yes

    • False = No

  9. Guest Email: If applicable, the guest's email.

  10. Credit Payment Origin:

    • Purchase: The credit package to book the reservation was purchased by the customer.

    • Blank: The reservation was made with a membership or a third-party vendor (ie. ClassPass).

  11. Credit: Credit type name.

  12. Package: Credit package name.

  13. Membership: Membership type.

  14. Contract: Membership contract name.

  15. Class ID: Class ID generated by the system.

  16. Class Start Date: Date of class.

  17. Class Start Time: Start time of class.

  18. Class Day of Week: Monday - Sunday.

  19. Class Custom Name: Custom name, if applicable.

  20. Class Is Public?:

    • True = Yes

    • False = No

  21. Class Tags: Class tag(s) configured to the class.

  22. Class Type: Type of class (ie. bootcamp, cycling, etc.).

  23. Class Duration (Minutes)

  24. Layout: Lists the layout name, layout format (FCFS or PAS), and layout capacity.

  25. Layout Format:

    • first-come-first-serve

    • pick-a-spot

  26. Layout Capacity: Capacity of the layout.

  27. Class Capacity: Layout capacity - number of unavailable spots.

  28. Classroom: Name of the classroom that the layout is in.

  29. Location: Studio's location.

  30. Region: Studio's region.

  31. Instructor ID(s): Instructor's ID generated by the system.

  32. Instructor Employee ID(s): The Instructor's employee ID generated by the system.

    • Instructors have three IDS (customer ID, employee ID, and instructor ID).

  33. Instructor Names: Name of instructor.

  34. Instructor Schedule Names: Display the name of the instructor as noted in the "Profile Name" field

  35. Class Has Substitute?:

    • True = Yes

    • False = No

  36. Customer ID: Customer's ID generated by the system.

  37. Customer Email: Customer's email.

  38. Customer Name: Name of customer for the reservation.

  39. Company Name: Name of customer's company (if included in their profile).

  40. Payer ID: Payer (customer who owns the credit/membership) ID generated by the system.

  41. Payer Email: Payer's email.

  42. Payer Name: Payer's name.

  43. Broker ID: ID of the person who made the reservation.

    • If this information is different from the Customer ID, the broker is an employee.

  44. Broker Email: Email of the person who made the reservation.

  45. Broker Name: Name of the person who made the reservation.

  46. Spot: Spot number associated with the reservation.

    • FCFS layouts will still populate a spot number and spot type, though it's irrelevant for the class.

  47. Spot Type: Spot type associated with the reservation.
