Whenever you encounter failed membership payment transactions, you can find those directly through the reporting section on the left side of your dashboard.
On the left side of your dashboard, click on Reports > Marketing > Membership Details,
The Membership - Details report will show all Ding Failure and Payment Failures for Memberships. If you need to see all payment failures including those outside of Membership failures, you will want to use the Customer-Detail report.
Under More Filters, select “Current Membership Status” and in the drop-down, click on “Ding Failure” and “Payment Failure.”
You can always export these reports in case you need them on hand. The export option will be on the top right.
Your report will now show a list of memberships with “Ding Failure” or “Payment Failure”. It will give you details of the membership type, membership contract, the customer's name, the customer's email, what location it was purchased through, etc.
