Regions allow you to organize and group your Locations. This is helpful when you have a wide geographic presence with multiple studios. Regions also provide filter options within Mariana Tek and customer-facing sites, including the Buy Page, Schedule, and mobile apps.
To update or create a region, send in a request to our Support Team via chat in Admin or email at support@marianatek.com. You can submit a request:
To change a region's name.
The name change will be reflected in reports including historical reports.
To enable or disable a region.
Disabling a region will disable associated locations.
When a region's name changes, it will be reflected throughout Mariana Tek, including Admin, Web Integrations, iOS, Android, and integrated partners.
