If your studio has automatic penalty fees disabled, you can manually charge customers by creating a "product" for the no-shows and/or late cancellations.
Create the Product
Locate Products from the left panel and select Products > New Product.
Fill out the empty fields > Create Product > continue to fill out the rest of the empty fields (you'll set the penalty price here!) > set the product(s) Active. You will need to create one for No-Show Fee and Late Cancellation Fee.
Charging No-Shows
Locate the customer you'd like to charge in your class roster > select the ellipses (...) > Go To POS > search & select the no-show fee > Check Out > Proceed to Payment > Submit Payment.
Charging Late Cancellations
First, run a Reservation report by locating Reports from the left panel > Utilization > Reservations > View.
Specify the time frame from the date picker > select More Filters.
From the pop-up modal, select Reservation Status > Penalty Cancel > Apply Filters to populate a report of customers to charge.
Navigate to your studio location's POS > locate the customer > search & select the late cancellation fee > Check Out > Proceed to Payment > Submit Payment.
