How can I set up or update my penalty fee amounts?

Penalty Fees can be modified under Configuration by an Admin. This includes Late Cancel and No Show fees.

You can set a price specifically for Late Cancels and another price for No Shows.

Penalty fees are configured on the location level. If you have multiple locations, your Penalty fees can vary.


Adjusting Penalty Fees

Log in as an Admin user and go to Configuration > Locations > Edit Location by the needed location.

On the Location Settings tab, find the Automatic Fees section and insert or change the Late Cancel Fee and/or No Show Fee.

Once completed, click Save Changes in the bottom right corner.

Penalty fees are sent to the purchase location. For example, if a customer purchases a membership at Studio A, makes a reservation at Studio B, and is penalized (no-show or late-cancel), the penalty fee will still go to Studio A.
