How can I set up or update my penalty fee amounts?

Penalty Fees can be modified under Configuration by an Admin. This includes Late Cancel and No Show fees.

You can set a price specifically for Late Cancels and another price for No Shows. Additionally, clients may lose credit for these incidents.

For example, a $15 fee may be charged for both no-shows and late cancellations, or a default no-show penalty fee of $20 can be adjusted based on location policies.

Penalty fees are configured on the location level. If you have multiple locations, your Penalty fees can vary.

Fees are sent to the purchase location. For example, if a customer purchases a membership at Studio A, makes a reservation at Studio B, and is penalized (no-show or late-cancel), the penalty fee will still go to Studio A.


Adjusting Penalty Fees

  1. Log in as an Admin user.

  2. Navigate to Configuration > Locations.

  3. Select Edit Location for the location you want to update.
