The Orders report surfaces complete information for every purchase of the purchase location. The Orders report is available in
Local Time
UTC
This report is useful for:
Viewing the top-selling staff members
Viewing all customer purchases
Viewing all new memberships sold.
Filtering the Product Type by "Penalty Fees" to view charges from no-shows and late cancellations
Determining the total discount value given in a specified time frame
Investigating Bill on start memberships set to activate upon the first usage
Bill on start memberships will not be included in the report until the payment has gone through
Pulling up the Report
Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Sales > Orders > View.
Specify the time frame from the date picker.
The populated data is dependent on the Transaction Date for a specified time frame, not the Order Date.
Apply any additional filters.
Selecting multiple options within one filter type uses OR logic.
E.g., Product Type > Clothing and Accessories shows orders for clothing OR accessories
Selecting options across different filter types uses AND logic.
E.g., Product Type > Clothing and Accessories AND Fulfillment Location > Santa Monica shows clothing or accessories at Santa Monica

Row Rules
Orders may appear in the report more than once. Here's how to interpret the rows:
Original purchases and returns populate separate rows.
E.g., an initial purchase appears in one row; any returns for that order will appear in separate rows.
Use the Line Status column to identify whether a row is a purchase or return.
Each unique product in a transaction gets its a row.
If multiple items are sold in one order, you'll see the same order number repeated across rows, one for each unique product.
Multiple quantities of the same variant are grouped.
If more than one of the same item variant is sold, it appears in a single row with the total shown in the Line Quantity column.
