To pull up a customer's account, begin by selecting the "Find Customer" button in the top right corner of the screen.
Search for the customer by email, name, and/or phone number.
Select the customer’s name to view their profile. The customer profile has the customer’s reservation, purchases, account history, and notes.
Biz App
Within the Biz App, click on the Search button to search for your customers' profiles:
The results shown as part of this search will have two tabs: "
Top Results: A list of relevant customers who have activity at the employee's currently selected location.
All Other Results: A list of relevant customers who do not have activity at the employee's selected location.
