The orders will surface in the Orders report when the transactions are successfully processed.
If an order was made today for a bill on start membership with a future start date, the order will not populate in the Orders report until the future charge has successfully gone through on August 1st.
Running the Report for Memberships
Follow the steps here and be sure to filter by Product Type > Memberships > Apply Filters under Step 3.
You can use the Order Date column to see when the order was initially created and the Transaction Date column to check when the payment processed.
